Coconana Overnight Oats
I’ve had this so many times that I feel like it should have its own recipe page. It is a creamy delish that is reminiscent of Banana Cream Pie!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup soymilk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 or more medium banana, sliced*
- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 Tbsp flax seed
- 1 Tbsp sweetener (optional)
*I like to use frozen bananas and let it thaw in the oats overnight. This makes the bananas mushy in the morning so that you can easily stir into your oatmeal.
Directions:
Add everything in your favorite bowl. Stir and let it sit overnight in the fridge. In the morning you’ll a cold, creamy dessert-like breakfast!
I also like to top mine with nut butter (almond or sunflower butter are both great choices!), and top with more sliced bananas or shredded coconut.
