Easy Peasy Garlic Bread
This recipe was actually inspired by my boyfriend. He said his grandma used to make this for him when he still lived back in Estonia.
Serves 4
What you’ll need:
- 4 slices of any kind of bread
- 2 large cloves of garlic, cut lengthwise in half
- olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.
Rub one side of the bread with 1/2 of the garlic until flavors seep into the bread. Mince the garlic and sprinkle on bread. Repeat with other slices of breads.
Toast in toaster oven or conventional oven for 3-5 minutes, or until breads are slightly crispy and golden.
Drizzle with some olive oil and serve.
I really enjoyed this as a side with pasta, or can also be used as appetizers or snacks. This is definitely a healthier version of your traditional garlic bread!

My mama made garlic bread like this my entire life. When I first cooked it this way for my husband, he looked at me like I was insane. Now he digs it
simplicity and pure garlic is the way to go!
