Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
I came up with this breakfast smoothie after I’ve had the most amazing Frozen Pink Cheesecake the night before. Of course, you can’t eat cheesecake for breakfast everyday (or can you?
), and thus I made a healthy smoothie that tastes just like cheesecake!
Serves 1
Ingredients;
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup kefir
- 2 rounded Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup soymilk
- 1/2 tsp xanthum gum
Blend, blend, blend, and you’ll get the perfect pink breakfast!
In the picure, I topped mine with some muesli and Nature’s Path Strawberry & Yogurt cereal.
