Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

I came up with this breakfast smoothie after I’ve had the most amazing Frozen Pink Cheesecake the night before. Of course, you can’t eat cheesecake for breakfast everyday (or can you? ;-)), and thus I made a healthy smoothie that tastes just like cheesecake!

Serves 1

Ingredients;

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup kefir
  • 2 rounded Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup soymilk
  • 1/2 tsp xanthum gum

Blend, blend, blend, and you’ll get the perfect pink breakfast!

In the picure, I topped mine with some muesli and Nature’s Path Strawberry & Yogurt cereal.
